Subject:  bugs
Message:  rabbi,
you are not responding to what i said. i ex[plained my problem with your saying the rabanim could not make mistakes in regard to scientific proclamations. i am not saying that there was definatly never a bug that grew inside of fruit, but to say that it is impossible to find mistakes is strange to me. dosnt the rambam hold that it would have been impossible to see molachim making the doors out of precious stone? dosnt he say that all the times melachim are mentioned in tanach it is a dream happening not actually melachim? again, i am not trying to be disrespectful, i am just trying to understand why it is so hard to say that they were wrong about science. please help me understand
