Subject:  Dairy dish/meat wash
Message:  Dear Rabbi,

I have a dairy frying pan, which I used for cooking during Pesach. I did not use the lid. Before packing my Pesach dishes to put away for next year, however, I washed the lid in my meat sink, with my meat sponge (i.e., by hand, not in the dishwasher). I'm not quite sure when the last time was that I actually did use the lid with the pan to cook. I only realized this after I had packed my dishes away, i.e., the dairy frying pan was washed and packed away with my dairy Pesach dishes, but the lid was washed and packed away with my meat dishes. I will obviously retrieve the lid, but can I still use the lid? Is the lid now "dairy" or "meat"? And do I need to do anything to it? Wash it again, etc.?

Thank you very much for your help.
Reply:  it is still dairy and you do not need to do anything
