In response to Rob's inquiry regarding whether differences exist between Sepharadim and Ashkenazim regarding Hamotzie for challah, you wrote:

To look into this, you need to learn Berachot 6th Perek, and Shulchan Aruch on it."


In light of your answer, can you please explain the argument between the Mechaber and Rama (OH 168)regarding the definintion of Pat Haba'a Bekisnin where fruit juice and/or spices is added to the dough?

   
Reply:  Look at the Mishneh Berura & Biur Halachah. It is an issue only if the taste of the honey & Tavlin are enough to.....
Look it up.
