Are you really aware that the product is indeed kosher, because the production is supervised?
Because if it is not supervised, there is no way to know if it really is kosher, or not.
Who knows what really goes on in the manufacturing process, or what products precede it down the assembly line?
We know that one cannot determine kashrus of processed foods by reading ingredient labels.
